Hotel rooms at the “celebration price” at the weekend: pop the corks, because when you celebrate with us, your guests sleep at a reduced price! We would be happy to reserve a quota for your guests, who can then call up your room with any special requests up to 4 weeks before the celebration – you are spared the organization and there are no cancellation costs.

Decoration
Festive cream-colored table linen and cloth napkins are of course included. Also a small table decoration with a candle.
We would be happy to arrange suitable flower arrangements in your favorite color with our florists. We will be happy to advise you free of charge, of course you determine the price of the flowers.
Of course you can also bring your own decoration.
We then take over the covering without calculation.

If you wish, you can get our fine, custom-made chair covers in cream for your party. For loving care and cleaning, we charge € 9.00 each.
Menu cards
We print menu cards of € 2.00 each for you in a neutral design. If you prefer to design it yourself – as you wish, we will be happy to do the covering for you free of charge.

All about your celebration
Music
We recommend bands and DJs and much more without a placement fee – it is best to contact the artists themselves to discuss your wishes.
You would like to play your favorite music with us: Our system for playing CDs or connecting an iPod or similar. you get from us a microphone system with a wireless microphone € 20.00 free of charge. If required, we would be happy to support you with further sound technology.

You determine the opening times and celebrate as long as you like without room rental – with music and our warm service.
We are very proud of our employees who are happy to work for you around the clock. We often come up against physical limits to look after your wedding party personally – please understand that we will charge € 140.00 per hour or part of an hour for our team starting at 2 a.m.
Parking lots
You and your guests can use free parking spaces in our facilities.

You will receive your invoice conveniently after the celebration, no down payment is required. For 22 years you have benefited from our price guarantee, fair prices carefully calculated and the same for all guests!

So that we get on well …
We would be happy if you let us know the final number of your guests the day before your party. This number serves as the basis for our calculations.
Let us of course hope that we can welcome you to your booked appointment. If you are still forced to cancel your party, you can do so free of charge up to 3 months before the event.
For weddings 5 months before the event.
Of course we will endeavor to rent the space to someone else.
However, since weddings, birthdays and other festivities are usually booked 1-2 years in advance, there is little chance that we can rent the event space to someone else at short notice.
For this reason, we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fee as a minimum loss:

Let us assume that you give us the exact number of the required hotel rooms and a list of names of your guests 3 weeks in advance – so we can guarantee a smooth check-in. Up to 6 weeks before arrival, room cancellations are free of charge. In the event of short-term cancellations, we reserve the right to charge cancellation costs in accordance with the general DEHOGA regulations.
You can move into your room from 3 p.m. Give us the chance to have your room fresh & amp; kindly provide as you found it by returning the key to our team by 10:30 a.m. A later departure is only possible in exceptional cases and after consultation with the reception.
We ask for your understanding that we reserve the right to change tables or rooms if the number of guests changes.
The purpose of our in-house controls and measures according to the HACCP concept (Hygiene Protection Ordinance) is to prevent health effects from eating food. Unfortunately, our own controls and measures do not apply to meals brought along (e.g. cakes). We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee these products.
A cancellation or reduction must be made in writing.
